Product Detail
The Fully Automatic High Speed Feed Suppressor uses a powerful signal processor to suppress the occurrence of acoustic feedback.
It uses echo cancellation and reverberation elimination algorithms to effectively filter out room reverberation, thus achieving the elimination of acoustic feedback.
By adding masking noise (inaudible noise) to the output signal, or varying the frequency of the output signal by 5 Hz, the K-6210 Feedback Suppressor can detect the reverberation-causing components of the signal and remove the feedback before it occurs, while leaving the initial signal intact.
Features and Benefits:
- Patented feedback suppression algorithm
- Eliminates feedback before it occurs
- Automatically adapts to acoustic environment
- Up to 12 dB of additional gain to prevent feedback from occurring
- Balanced line or mic inputs for phantom power
- Equalised line or mic inputs with phantom power Second mic input with auto-mixer Function Adaptive filters can be switched between ‘fast’ and ‘precise’ modes.
The Quick Mode is suitable for situations where the microphone position changes frequently: for example, in a discussion system with multiple changeover microphones.
For example, in a discussion system with multiple changeover microphones. Precise mode is suitable for situations where the microphone position is fixed.
For example, a pulpit with a complex acoustic environment.
Adaptive filters are able to converge at a slower rate, thus suppressing more reverberant components.
Up to an additional 12dB of gain can be gained before acoustic feedback occurs, depending on the acoustic environment and the selected mode of operation.
The K-6210 Feedback Suppressor also has a built-in automatic mixer for two microphone inputs.
In many situations, such as at a lectern, podium or conference table, the use of two microphones can better capture the voice of a moving speaker, which often increases the risk of acoustic feedback.
In view of this problem, the Auto Mixer in the Feedback Suppressor will automatically reduce the gain of the microphone with the weaker signal input, while increasing the gain of the other microphone with the stronger signal input.
