Detailed

Mounting Position
To provide the best performance, the antenna should be mounted at:
-Above average head height.
-A location where the transmitter can be seen directly without obstructions.
-Objects next to the antenna should be a minimum of 1 metre away.
-Minimum 1 metre distance from large metal objects or interfering signal sources.
Also, the coaxial cable to the receiver should be cut as short as possible; and where permitted, try placing the antenna in different positions to test for the best reception.

Bracket
The antenna is fitted with a 5/18-27 bracket connector which allows 180 degrees of horizontal steering and can be rotated horizontally. In a mobile application, the antenna can be mounted on a microphone stand with a 5/18-27 connector.

Note: The antenna will be affected by weather conditions, please place the antenna in a dry location when used outdoors, moisture and rain will affect the performance and safety of the BNC terminals and cables.

Antenna amplifier periodic dipole array - Log Periodic Dipole Array

The antenna provides 2-in-1 high gain reception for wireless systems in the UHF band from 500-950MHz, and the reception band covers the entire UHF channel. The directional antenna design provides ideal long range and stable reception for diversity UHF wireless systems. Alternatively, it can be used as a common antenna for multi-channel wireless systems.

The antenna amplifier is designed for applications that require long range reception and transmission, such as stadiums, concerts, theatres, and large performance venues; or environments where line-of-sight and reception can be obstructed. In addition, the antenna can be easily and securely mounted and easily removed for portability.

The antenna can be used in virtually any UHF band receiver and provides directional coverage in a fixed 180 degree angle band. The antenna amplifier provides an RF signal boost of approximately 6dB at 50 ohms impedance compared to the standard antenna supplied with the receiver.

The antenna is constructed of industrial-grade glass copper and copper coating, providing durability, corrosion resistance, UV resistance, shock resistance, and light weight for long and stable performance in a variety of environments, while the cable-integrated BNC terminals provide high quality and resistance to impedance, and reduce strain on the connecting cables.
